Our unique program combines functional training with Pilates, Yoga and ballet barre work to help our participants achieve their goals and get into the best shape of their lives. By utilizing bodyweight, light dumbbells, flat bands, and mini balls as resistance, we work to strengthen and then lengthen every muscle group in the body. With intense focus on body alignment and posture, our program enhances not only body awareness, coordination, but also balance and overall strength. The results will amaze you!

And FusionFIT (Barre/TRX) comes to FIT House on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm
