Class is held outdoors at Arroyo Park on Tuesdays at 6am and indoors at FIT House on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm, Thursdays at 6am, Saturdays at 9:00am and Sundays at 10:00am.
Outdoor bFIT teaches participants to utilize their body weight and natural environment as workout tools. Push-ups on park benches, bicep curls with rocks, walking lunges, wall sits and running drills are examples of exercises accomplished in outdoor bFIT.
bFIT at FIT House follows more of a circuit-training style. Class begins with a group warm-up, followed by a series of exercises that utilize equipment and body-weight. Exercises are designed to target cardiovascular, upper-body, lower-body, core and balance exercises.
Whether bFIT is at Arroyo Park or FIT House, class is always a heart-pumping, body-chiseling workout. And loads of fun!!
