    The summer maintenance class is designed for women who have completed at least one MissFIT Beginning, 5K, or 10K class, or can run/walk for one hour and want to maintain their fitness over the summer.  Class will be about 60-75 minutes long, including warmup and cool down walks, a run/walk workout or walk workout depending on the temperature, and stretching.

    The maintenance class will run for 10 weeks from June 19th, 2017 through August 23rd, 2017. It will meet Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:45 p.m. Cost is $120 for all 10 weeks (20 classes) or a 10 class pass for $80.

    Whether you're a beginner, new to yoga, returning to practice after time away or just want to strengthen the core of your practice—this two week Beginners' Series will benefit you.

    This series is an introduction to the foundational principles of basic yoga poses, safe and effective alignment and the importance of yoga breathing. Learn how to connect breath with movement known as “Vinyasa” (meditation in motion) with the intention of quieting and calming the constant chatter of the mind.

    This is a perfect series to grow your practice, improve your health and foster a feeling of well-being.

    Come prepared:
    * Arrive 15 minutes before the workshop begins
    * Wear clothes that allow comfortable movement
    * Avoid eating at least 1 hour before the workshop
    * Bring water, towel and yoga mat (mat rentals available)

    Minimum of 8 sign-ups to hold class

    Cost is $69 until 8/17, $79 after 4/4
