This is an all levels program for new and returning runners/walkers. These classes offer a variety of run/walk options, depending on your current fitness level or need. Our coaches provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment for ladies of all ages and levels.
Run for fun or to train for a race! You will have the option of training for a race near the conclusion of the session, or you can continue to run for health and community! Let us know your goals!
- 1 coach for every 10 students, max of 20 per class.
- Individualized attention.
- 10-week sessions are designed for participants to safely reach a variety of running goals, including increased running time, endurance and overall fitness!
- Fun events over the 10 weeks specifically designed for MissFIT runners and WalkFIT participants.
- Special rate on MissFIT pass for other FIT House classes.
- All classes EXCEPT the MissFIT 5K/10K PM will be limited to 10
