MissFIT Running and WalkFIT


The running group just for ladies!

MissFIT is a lovely ladies group that focuses on running but incorporates walk breaks which allow for recovery and prepares the body for the next run cycle.

This is an all levels program for new and returning runners/walkers. These classes offer a variety of run/walk options, depending on your current fitness level or need. Our coaches provide a warm, welcoming and safe environment for ladies of all ages and levels.

Run for fun or to train for a race! You will have the option of training for a race near the conclusion of the session, or you can continue to run for health and community! Let us know your goals!

  • 1 coach for every 10 students, max of 20 per class.
  • Individualized attention.
  • 10-week sessions are designed for participants to safely reach a variety of running goals, including increased running time, endurance and overall fitness!
  • Fun events over the 10 weeks specifically designed for MissFIT runners and WalkFIT participants.
  • Special rate on MissFIT pass for other FIT House classes.
  • All classes EXCEPT the MissFIT 5K/10K PM will be limited to 10

Miss FIT is for All Experience Levels


Perfect for Beginners. WalkFIT is an “all” levels walking class that is perfect for anyone starting a new fitness program, continuing with one, or is looking to transition to a beginning running class. Besides getting in a walk each session, the WalkFIT program also incorporates some speed and cadence drills, along with an upper body workout with light weights. It is a low impact program that gives participants a great opportunity to meet new women while getting a great workout.


The 5K program can be used as a transition to the MissFIT Running 10K class, or serve as a great place to maintain your 5K distance! Those who choose this program should currently run (or run/walk) a minimum of 30-35 minutes, at least 2-3 times a week.
