1. All Military and Students must show ID to receive Pass = no exceptions
2. No Additional Auto-Pay Discount for Students/Military
3. Auto-Pay is a MINIMUM 3-MONTH COMMITMENT. And Auto-Pay cancellation requires an in-person 30-day written notice.
4. Pass Extensions – No pass extensions unless client has a written doctor’s note. In this case, front desk staff note client’s name and phone number and then will notify one of the owners to contact the client directly. No front desk employee is allowed to extend a pass without permission from one of the owners – NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. PsycleFIT Late Cancellations – anyone enrolled in regular 45-minute class who is not checked-in at least 30 minutes after the start of class or 20 minutes after an Express class is considered a “Late Cancellation” and subject to the $15 late cancellation fee.
6. Anyone enrolling in more than one PsycleFIT class on the same day is subject to a $10 class fee for each additional class enrolled.
7. After your introductory offer has expired, PsycleFIT rental shoes cost $3 and mat rentals cost $3.
