Policies
If you are sick or injured, we will extend your monthly unlimited pass up to 7 days. Anything longer than 7 days will require a note from your physician.
We accept merchandise items for return or exchange up to 30 days after purchase date to receive a full refund. After 30 days, we credit your FIT House account. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and have tags attached. Must show proof of purchase.
Please pre-register for all classes online. If we do not have 2 or more people pre-registered one hour prior to class, class may be cancelled.
Schedules are subject to change without notice.
Please turn off your cell phone before class begins, this includes the vibrate mode.
Please do not bring children to adult classes. We regret that we do not offer childcare at this time.
If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign a release of liability form.
Forms & Waivers
For liability purposes, we ask all clients to have a signed liability waiver on file with FIT House. You can download them here and bring them with you to your session.
