What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. If you have any questions about billing or need help updating your info, our front desk team is always happy to help.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes! We offer personal training and small-group training sessions tailored to your goals, experience level, and schedule. To learn more or get started, please send us an email and our team will be happy to help.

How do I keep up with studio news/events?

To stay up to date, make sure FIT House notifications and promotional emails are enabled in MindBody. You can also follow us on social media at @fithousedavis for the latest updates, events, and announcements.

Do you have a water station?

We have a water dispenser located at reception. Water bottles are also available for purchase for $3.

Do you provide sweat towels?

Yes! We provide full towel service for all classes—no need to bring your own.

Is there a place to leave my belongings?

Yes! We have a limited number of lockers available for your belongings. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend leaving valuables at home when possible.

Can I bring my phone to class?

Phones may be brought into class, but we ask that notifications are set to silent. Please refrain from taking or making calls, texting, or recording during class. If you’re expecting an urgent or emergency call, please let the instructor know beforehand and step outside to take the call to avoid disruptions.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Nope! Yoga and fitness mats are provided for all classes. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Do I need special shoes for cycling?

Cycling classes require SPD or DELTA compatible cycling shoes. If you don’t have your own, shoes are available at the studio.

Will I be notified if I’m off the waitlist?

Yes! If you’re added to a class from the waitlist, you’ll receive an automatic notification via email and/or text. Be sure your notifications are enabled in MindBody.

Can I choose my own spot?

Yes! All classes allow you to choose your own spot upon arrival.

When is booking open?

Classes open for booking 7 days in advance. We recommend reserving your spot early, as classes may fill up

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

Life happens! You can pause or cancel your membership anytime with no hidden fees. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of the rest —no questions asked.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of class credit. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first class. This gives us time to check you in, get you set up, and answer any questions
