We have a water dispenser located at reception. Water bottles are also available for purchase for $3.
Yes! We provide full towel service for all classes—no need to bring your own.
Yes! We have a limited number of lockers available for your belongings. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend leaving valuables at home when possible.
Phones may be brought into class, but we ask that notifications are set to silent. Please refrain from taking or making calls, texting, or recording during class. If you’re expecting an urgent or emergency call, please let the instructor know beforehand and step outside to take the call to avoid disruptions.
Nope! Yoga and fitness mats are provided for all classes. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Cycling classes require SPD or DELTA compatible cycling shoes. If you don’t have your own, shoes are available at the studio.
Yes! If you’re added to a class from the waitlist, you’ll receive an automatic notification via email and/or text. Be sure your notifications are enabled in MindBody.
Yes! All classes allow you to choose your own spot upon arrival.
Classes open for booking 7 days in advance. We recommend reserving your spot early, as classes may fill up
Life happens! You can pause or cancel your membership anytime with no hidden fees. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of the rest —no questions asked.
We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee or loss of class credit. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first class. This gives us time to check you in, get you set up, and answer any questions
