YOGA
YIN YOGA NIDRA is a 60-minute, slow-paced practice designed to promote deep relaxation and full-body restoration. The first 30-40 minutes move through yin postures held for longer periods, helping to gently open the body, release tension, and create mental stillness.
The class then transitions into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, where students rest in shavasana and are led through a calming, structured journey intended to bring the mind into a state of deep, conscious rest.
This class is unheated and suitable for all levels - offering a peaceful space to unwind, reset, and support overall well-being.


YOGA
VINYASA/YIN is a balanced 60-minute practice that blends the steady movement of vinyasa with the deep, grounding stretches of yin. The class begins with a gentle, breath-led flow to warm the body, build mobility, and create rhythm; it then shifts into longer-held yin postures designed to release tension, open the body, and calm the mind.
Taught in a lightly heated room, this class offers the benefits of mindful movement and restorative stillness in one experience. VINYASA/YIN is suitable for all levels- giving both new and seasoned yogis a space to move, breathe, and reset at their own pace.
YOGA
POWER FLOW is a heated, breath-led vinyasa practice that blends strength, mobility, and rhythm into one continuous flow. You’ll move through sequences designed to build heat and challenge the body, balanced with slower, grounding postures that create space and release.
The class is adaptable for all levels, offering options to scale up or soften depending on what you need that day. With the room warmed to 88–94 degrees, you’ll be able to deepen your movement, stay present, and tap into a stronger mind–body connection.


PILATES
POWER PILATES is a mind-body workout that blends traditional Pilates principles with heightened movements to enhance strength and flexibility. Using tools like resistance bands, hand weights, ankle weights, balls, gliders, and pilates rings this class focuses on controlled movements, breathwork, and proper alignment, with a strong emphasis on core engagement. Classes are infrared heated with temperatures ranging from 80 to 94 degrees. Making it suitable for all fitness levels.

STRENGTH
LIFT is our signature hybrid strength training class built to make you feel powerful from start To finish. This dynamic format blends resistance training, functional movement, and heart pumping intervals using free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, TRX, and more.
Each class is thoughtfully programmed to target major muscle groups, build muscular endurance, and improve overall fitness through a mix of structured strength blocks and circuits. LIFT is instructor-led, community-driven, and accessible for all fitness levels -offering progressions, motivation, and energy every step of the way.
Choose the format that fits your schedule and goals: LIFT45 offers a strong and efficient 45-minute session, and LIFT60 provides a full 60 minute comprehensive training experience.
CYCLE
RIDE45 is our signature 45-minute rhythm-driven indoor cycling class built to deliver an energizing, full-body cardio workout. You’ll move to the beat of the music as your instructor leads you through intervals, resistance changes, and smooth choreography that keeps the ride engaging and fun.
Every class is designed for all levels, so you can clip in, ride your rhythm, and leave feeling stronger than when you started.


CYCLE
RIDE x LIFT is a high-energy hybrid class that combines a 30 minute rhythm-driven indoor cycling with 15 minutes of full-body strength training for a balanced, efficient workout from start to finish.
