Who can I contact with billing questions?

Our front desk team is happy to help! You can reach out in person, by phone, or by email for any billing-related questions or concerns.

Can I try a class before joining?

We don’t offer free trial classes, but we do offer introductory specials designed for new clients. You’re also welcome to purchase a drop-in to experience FIT House before committing to a membership.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

Life happens! You can pause or cancel your membership anytime with no hidden fees. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of the rest —no questions asked.

Are memberships refundable?

Memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review all details before completing your purchase.

Can I update my payment information?

Yes. You can update your payment method at any time through your MindBody account or by stopping by the front desk for assistance.

How does billing work?

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis using the payment method on file. Billing dates are set at the time of purchase and remain the same each cycle. Single-month options and class packs are not recurring.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. If you have any questions about billing or need help updating your info, our front desk team is always happy to help.
